The building follows the bioclimatic concept of a space under an umbracle. The weather in Cádiz is mild, with some peaks of heat in the middle of the summer, which permits the development of an architecture of breeze, sun and wind shades, open courtyards, semicovered verandas.
The project elaborates on the possibility of office spaces connected with open terraces that create different environments more suitable in winter, summer, autumn and spring. In this sense, the workers and visitors of the building can choose the conditions that they would prefer at any given moment.
